Salted Honey Peanut Caramel Corn Is Perfect For Movie Night

INGREDIENTS:1/3 c. thick store-bought or homemade caramel sauce
1/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
8 c. popped plain popcorn (from about 1/4 c. unpopped)
3/4 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
Flaky sea salt
Step 1: Preheat oven to 250°. In a small bowl, combine the caramel sauce, honey, and kosher salt. In a large bowl, sprinkle half of the caramel mixture over the popcorn.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 2: Gently stir with a rubber spatula until coated. Toss in the peanuts and the leftover caramel mixture until evenly covered. Spread the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3: Bake popcorn, stirring halfway through, until brown and sauce is largely dry (55 minutes to 1 hour). Let it cool.
Step 4: Break apart any large clumps and season with sea salt.
Step 5: Caramel corn can be made up to a week in advance. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
